Our Story

We launched in 2011 from a small office in Clerkenwell. Our founder, after twenty years in corporate finance, noticed a pattern: brilliant people, capable of running complex operations, would freeze when financial discussions began. Not because they lacked intelligence, but because no one had ever taught them the fundamentals in a way that stuck.

The first workshops were informal gatherings. Word spread. Requests came from small business owners, then HR departments at larger firms wanting their managers to be more financially literate. What began as a side project became a focused practice.

Today we occupy proper offices near Old Street, maintain a team of six educators, and have worked with organisations ranging from three-person startups to FTSE-listed companies. The mission remains unchanged: make financial knowledge accessible and actionable.

What Guides Us

These principles shape every workshop, consultation, and client relationship

Clarity Over Complexity

If we cannot explain something simply, we have not understood it well enough. Financial education should illuminate, not intimidate.

Practical Application

Theory matters only when it changes behaviour. Every session ends with specific actions participants can implement immediately.

Honest Assessment

We tell clients what they need to hear, not what might sell another workshop. Sometimes the answer is simple, and we say so.

Lasting Capability

Our goal is independence, not dependence. Successful training means you no longer need us for the basics.

Respect for Time

Your time has value. Sessions start promptly, run efficiently, and focus on material that matters to your situation.

Continuous Learning

Regulations change. Markets shift. We maintain our own education so what we teach remains current and relevant.
